NASH HOUSING IS AVAILABLE AT OUR KENTUCKY LOCATION

Housing is available in private garden apartments near the school for students who prefer to stay within walking distance while they are attending the Nash Academy. The accommodations are safe and clean and impart a family type atmosphere. The kitchen, bath and living areas are shared. The Nash apartments are completely furnished, including bed linens, pillows, pillow cases, and towels. Each apartment has cable TV, VCR, WiFi Internet, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a self cleaning oven, microwave, cookware, dishes and silverware. Students need to bring personal items. There is a grocery store, drug store and mall, all within walking distance. Pets are not allowed in the Nash apartments.

HOUSING FEES

Room rentals are available for $150.00 per week.

HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM

Rooms are rented on a weekly basis. The minimum rental is one week. Rooms must be rented in advance for the duration of the course or program. The housing fee in full is due and payable on or before class start date. Board is not included. Reservations can be made through the school. A $100.00 housing deposit fee is required with the housing agreement to reserve a space. This fee will be applied to the housing fee and is only refundable if cancellation is requested 30 days prior to start date. If a student moves out of the housing for any reason after start date, the student will be charged for the actual number of weeks the student was in the housing including the week the student moves out plus one additional week.

There is extended-stay type housing available within three miles of the Nash Academy Kentucky location. You may obtain phone numbers of these facilities from the school; however, you will need a car to get from your extended-stay apartment to the Nash Academy.
